A great book for little sewers...

A kind reader of one of my recent posts, told me of a great book she bought for her young daughter.  Well, I  immediately ordered it from fishpond (always a wait, so don't delay for Christmas) and it arrived this week.  I thought I'd share it as I know a lot of my blog readers are mothers and sewers, and subsequently have curious wee children wanting to do the same.  

We were on a road trip last week, and I noticed Poppet quietly entertaining herself with a shoelace.  I asked her what she was doing, and her reply was "Mummy, I'm sewing some cute baby shoes for Bubba Ben".  Well, that's lucky for 'Bubba Ben', because Mummy keeps selling the ones she makes!  Bit like a builders wife being the last to get any alterations done.
