Getting creative with my flea market finds....

I am soooo excited about my latest project!!!! I was in two minds about painting it, as I usually like to keep things original, but it was just a bit too rough for my kitchen.  It started off like this...


and ended up like this....





I love it!  The darker blue spoon was a purchase from the Chapel Street Bazaar, on a trip to Melbourne a few years back.  The other two were a recent buy, which I blogged about here.  The clock was my best Warehouse score, about $12, it's the perfect colour for my kitchen and has the retro look I love.
